• Bennington College:MA in Teaching – Interesting masters program that seems to be pretty geared toward changing education. via a TED talk by Bennington's president
• Civic-Minded Chinese Find a Voice Online – An article that should serve as a reminder that it's not just Iran where the internet is serving to bring power to human rights issues.
• China halts 18bn hydropower dam project over environmental concerns – Interesting that China is halting work on a dam that would provide a huge amount of energy for its population. Perhaps there are changes coming in their outlook on the environment.
